My favorite of all Walton Ford's paintings. 'The Falling Baugh' contains so much detail, as the birds fall back into the horizon and huddle up in the forefront of the image. There are hundreds of painted birds in the composition, but it never becomes cluttered. The size is monumental and painted so well.
